Former Penn State President To Be Charged In Scandal

November 1, 2012 - One year following the arrest of Jerry Sandusky, reports are now indicating that Former Penn State President Graham Spanier will face charges in relation to the child sex abuse scandal.
According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Attorney General Linda Kelly will make an announcement that Spanier will be charged with perjury and obstruction of justice.
The paper cited anonymous sources for its report.
Sandusky was found guilty on 45 counts of child sex abuse at trial.
We have confirmed that Kelly is scheduled to host a news conference in Harrisburg to announce a major new development in the case.

It's about time!! ALL of those involved SHOULD be serving a LOT of time for that HUGE cover-up, when they KNEW what was going on to those boys!!! Just as Sandusky's Wife SHOULD be also!!! They ALL commited a crime worse beyond words and yet, they are STILL out on the streets!!!
