Residents in the are upset ... Claiming the District Superintendent has been using their taxpayer dollars for his own personal benefit...

The District Superintendent Sam Signorino was not at the school board meeting tonight...

The president of the school board tells us that he is on administrative leave until this investigation concludes.

One of the first things addressed at the Iroquois School board meeting tonight was the fact that district superintendent Sam Signorino was under investigation.

Board members would not confirm what the investigation is about ... But an anonymous letter was sent to the members of the school board from angry taxpayers saying that Signorino's personal hobby of classic car restoration has been supported by taxpayer funds... And that the board knew about.

There has even been a face book page created with pictures of the classic cars that parents say Signorino used custodians and maintenance staff to work on during school hours.

One board member fired back about situation...telling residents that this board is not covering up anything and they take everything very seriously.
