November 22, 2012 - a long standing Thanksgiving Day tradition continued this morning at Presque Isle.

Everyone had a great time enjoying an Erie thanksgiving tradition.

The Erie Runner's Club hosted the Turkey Trot run which has become a part of many families thanksgiving traditions.

It was a perfect fall day which meant a huge turn out of 4,300 runners and walkers.

There were people from 38 different states and 5 different countries running in the turkey trot.

Some runners dressed in costumes to go along with the star wars theme, even two guys walked on stilts.

It's become a tradition for hundreds of families in Erie.

    There was a 10K run and a 5K run.
