DECEMBER 4, 2012- Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Western Pennsylvania announced its partnership with YMCA of greater Erie today.

More than thirty mentors and children came out to the celebration at the YMCA on Cherry Street.

This new partnership will include 4 site based programs in Erie for the children.

This means children enrolled in any of the YMCA after school programs can be matched with a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Officials say this will allow more kids in the county to have a big brother or big sister and more opportunities for mentors to get involved.
