The Port Authority opened the doors today for it's new office space at the old cruise boat terminal.

The cruise boat terminal is located at one Holland Street, right down the road from the Port Authority's previous office space in the Intermodal Center.

The authority's ten year lease agreement with the Transit Authority expired, causing them to move.

The Port Authority owns the Cruise Boat Terminal which was occupied by the Border Patrol until March.

The renovations cost the port authority around 200 thousand dollars, but Ray Schreckengost, the Port Authority Director, says it will save money in the long run.
