Taglianetti to Return to Chautauqua County

The man accused of killing Clymer Central school superintendent Keith Reed could be back in Chautauqua County as early as next week.

Superintendent of the Clymer Central School District, Reed was found shot to death outside his home on the Clymer - Sherman road last September 24th.

According to Chautauqua County District Attorney David Foley, Anthony Taglianetti failed to file a writ of habeas corpus in Prince William County Virginia .

Taglianetti has been in custody there since his arrest on September 28.

Sheriff Joe Gerace confirms his office is working out the details for Taglianetti's return to face 2nd degree murder charges in the death of  Keith Reed.
