Attorney Jeffrey Del Fuoco has been representing ousted county council member Ebert Beeman, but an apparent conflict of interest has forced Del Fuoco to drop Beeman as a client.

Del Fuoco claims he is the second cousin of Edward DiMattio junior who was recently appointed to erie county council as Beeman's replacement.

We talked to DiMattio today... He tells us he was shocked to find out Del Fuoco was citing him as his second cousin.

Dimattio says if there was any relation it had to do with a marriage that happened over 90 years ago.
