3 Unsolved Homicide Cases in Erie for 2012

December 31, 2012 - As 2012 comes to an end, Erie Police have three open homicide cases.

    Erie Police have yet to charge anyone in the deaths of Nelson Irizzary, Sammica Roberts and Lexi Castile.

    Erie Police charged Michael James with the death of John Cargile, but charges were dropped because witnesses wouldn't testify.

    Two out of the eleven homicides were ruled as justifiable by the District Attorney.
