Every year, millions of people make a new year resolution that they will give up smoking. A lot of people succeed, many won't.

UPMC Hamot is offering smoking cessation classes beginning Monday, January 7th and every Monday night until February 11th. The classes will start at 6:00pm and  run through 7:30pm.

The 6 weekly sessions will have trained cessation facilitators to work with those who take the classes.

The classes will be held at UPMC Hamot Woman's Hospital and are free and open to the public
