A married couple...terminated from their jobs at the Erie County Prison...waived their preliminary hearings in court today...,

Sergeant Daniel Danowski is facing charges including theft by unlawful taking

    While his wife, Captain Leslie Danowski is faced with charges including manipulation and tampering with public records...they're both heading to trial...

An initial complaint regarding time card abuse and the unauthorized use of prison ammunition against Sgt Danowski was received back on July 26th

They should receive the MAXIMUM prison time, NO exceptions, SHAME on them!! In a position to "Help" people, and they took advantage instead!!
