Erie Police Refile Charges in Shooting Death

Erie police have refiled charges against a man accused of shooting and killing a man last summer.

Police charged 29-year-old Michael James with homicide and other crimes in the death of 25-year-old Teverous "Goonie" Williams.

Williams was fatally shot at East 19th and Ash Streets on July 13th.

There is an arrest warrant out for James' arrest.
