Local Candy Production on Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day is a chocolate-covered holiday!
Two local candy stores are in the middle of the busiest day of the year, and we were on location early in the morning to check out the production of the hand-made chocolates.
Pulakos Chocolates and Romolo Chocolates started production on orders early, but there is candy in the case for those last minute gifts.
On Valentine's Day, Pulakos puts out more chocolate covered strawberries than any other candy. Production on the strawberries for the front of the store started at 2 a.m.
Romolo Chocolates has a signature line of nougats, and chocolate raspberry is the latest flavor.
