February 14, 2013 - After hours of jury deliberation a Millcreek man accused of raping a child now knows his fate.

33 year old Jeffery States was found not guilty of raping an 8 year old girl back in the summer of 2011.

States was also found not guilty of corruption of minors and indecent assault.

The girl had told police states had raped her several times, as two other kids were hanging on his shoulders, but States' lawyer denied that act occurred.

The jury had to decide whether or not to believe the girls story, and States was found not guilty.
