Meteorologist Tom Atkins Talks Weather at Retirement Community

Weather in Erie is always changing. That's why it was the center of a special weather talk in the community today.

Jet 24 meteorologist Tom Atkins sat down with some friends at the Niagara Village Retirement Community to talk all about the weather.

Tom teamed up with the emergency management coordinator of Erie County, Dale Robinson, to talk about the weather and the impact severe weather has on the area.

There's growing interest in  meteorology and how the weather affects our daily lives.
   
The day was complete with weather related treats like "hurricane punch" and "snowballs."
