One person is in the hospital this morning after the car she was driving was side-swiped by a semi.
Just after midnight, rescue crews were called to a location one mile west of the Fairview exit on Interstate 90 for that accident.
According to reports from the scene, the car was traveling west-bound on I-90 when it was struck by a tractor-trailer, then being sent off the road.
The semi didn't stop, continuing down I-90.
The driver of the car, was taken to the hospital.
There was a passenger in the car, he didn't suffer any injuries.

Comments

I commute on I-90 everyday and have noticed more aggressive semi and big trucks. They won't slow down for move for anyone, even in foggy slippery conditions. They bully small cars because they are so big and it's not them to lose the battle if there is a collision.
