Three more Erie police officers were added to the force this morning.
A ceremony was held to welcome them aboard.

In front of friends and family at City Hall this morning, Erie Mayor Joe Sinnott swore in 24-year-old Adam Edmonds, 25-year-old Justin Stidham and 29-year-old Michael Sorokes.

Edmonds enlisted in the army in 2008 and graduated from the Mercyhurst Northeast Police Academy.

Stidham also graduated from the Mercyhurst North East Police Academy and was an officer for the Albion Police Department.

Sorokes was an officer at the Bradford Police Department.
They're all anxious to begin their duties for the City of Erie.
The department is now back to it's full compliment of 173 officers.
