Updated: March 10, 2013
Joseph Soboleski said he heard noises outside of his home on the 1400 block of East 31st St around 2am Friday morning.

When Soboleski went to his car Friday morning, he found two bullet holes in the side of his car.

Soboleski says police recovered the two shells from the car. One of the bullets hit his car's battery.

Soboleski has lived at his home for decades, and he stressed that he has never had anything like this happen before. He does not believe that he was a target of crime. He says he believes it was a drive-by shooting.
