American Red Cross and Penelec Gear up for Hurricane Sandy

storm has not made landfall yet.

local groups are gearing up for the possibility of

American Red Cross of Western Pennsylvania is already preparing a crew of one
dozen volunteers.
These
volunteers are prepared to head to parts of
