Jamestown Pot Bust Nets 700 Plants

November 8, 2012 - The serving of five search warrants nets the arrest of seven people in Jamestown and Lakewood, New York.

Jamestown Police and the Lakewood-Busti Police worked with the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team to serve the warrants.

The sweep ended with the seizing of $35,000 worth of suspected marijuana, 700 growing marijuana plants and 37 long guns.

Five men and two women are facing charges.

They are all awaiting arraignment.
