The Crawford County Commissioners are looking into a review by the National Institute of Corrections.

This review would not cost the county any money.

It is the same review Erie County Executive, Barry Grossman, asked for in Erie. However, the group can only make recommendations not mandates at the Crawford County Jail.

The commissioners hope to have all of the information they need to present the proposal to the prison board at the weekly meeting this Thursday morning.
