Joshua Nickerson Trial Delayed

    DECEMBER 31, 2012-The trial for a man accused of driving under the influence and killing a local volunteer fire chief in a car crash has been delayed....

    Now, 29-year-old Joshua Nickerson of Edinboro's trial has been postponed until March.

    Nickerson was set to head to trial in January for charges including homicide by vehicle, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and 14 more charges.

    But the defense is said to need more time...

    The initial crash that took the life of FranklinTownship volunteer Fire Chief David Flint happened last February...
