Two Charged in Downtown Robbery

    January 7, 2013 - Two men face charges after a robbery at a downtown business Sunday night.

    Around 10 o'clock last night, police were called to Modern Adult at 1113 State Street for an armed robbery.

    According to reports, Joshua Mosley, 22, and Jose Diaz, 22, left Modern Adult and at least one entered the Erie City Mission.

    Mosley and Diaz were arrested shortly after.

    Both face charges including robbery.
