The chief of Lawrence Park's volunteer fire company has apparently resigned as a result of a police investigation. Nicholas Fisher was arraigned Wednesday on charges of stalking and harassment.

The charges were filed after three women members came forward with formal complaints to the police about Fisher.

According to the criminal complaint, Fisher made repeated sexually explicit text messages to the women. Fisher is also accused of groping their buttocks. He faces 6 misdemeanor charges and 3 summary charges.

Fisher is free on a 10 thousand dollars unsecured bond. His preliminary hearing is set for February 21st.
