It is "National Nutrition Month" and the Regional Cancer Center is making sure everyone is eating healthy.

The Center held a nutrition fair today offering everyone in the patient waiting room delicious samples of food especially good for cancer patients.

The idea is to focus on foods that help people going through cancer treatments, because their diet plays an important role in recovery.

The dieticians at the Center always stress how important eating the right foods can be for cancer patients. The idea today was to introduce them to some new menu options.
