The Stable Pit & Pub restaurant is coming down.

The building will be torn down and the land used to store cars and boats, according to its new owner.
Jim Miller, owner of Lakeview Ford in Conneaut Lake, purchased the site at a tax sale this week for more than one hundred thousand dollars.

The building will be demolished and the site will be used to store items from the dealership along with other materials associated with Bill's Marina on Conneaut Lake.
